Nutrition for me means fresh, delicious and nutrient-dense. I care about where my food comes from, what it does for me and how it tastes. I am all about listening to my body and understanding my needs when it comes to training and health.

MINDSET

Above everything else is mindset. The first thing that you need to think about is why you’re doing this. The reason why I train the way I do, is because I want a better lifestyle. I want to have more enriching experiences. I want to be able to do more activities and have more adventures.
